We should fall in love with ourself first and know how we actually are, so that we can quote true commitments and make genuine promises to anyone else. Most of the people hurt others unintentionally because even they were unaware of this face of them.

At this point, it feels like we genuine customers are paying for Kriti Sanon’s PR, not the products. Every other influencer on Instagram is promoting Hyphen. Itna paisa PR pe laga diya, products mein bhi kuch hai?

Where Park Hospitals' beds sit: Haryana 1,950, Punjab 900, Rajasthan 550, Delhi 200, Uttar Pradesh 360 & Uttarakhand 330. Haryana alone is about 45% of all 4,290 beds. Concentration cuts both ways: depth in a region, and exposure to it. Now the group is expanding into Uttar Pradesh, beyond the Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan region. A new state is a fresh test of the acquire-and-upgrade model outside the usual areas, and its very similar to what they did with the Medicity hospital in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

People screaming “India is a dictatorship” because protesters are being detained need to look beyond their own political bubble. Germany has detained climate activists blocking roads. France has arrested protesters during nationwide demonstrations. The UK has made thousands of arrests linked to Palestine Action protests. The US has faced serious allegations of excessive force against immigration protesters. Australia has restricted demonstrations, and Greece has detained protesters demanding accountability over a deadly train crash. Different countries, different circumstances, but one common lesson: police action during protests is not exclusive to dictatorships. The real test is whether arrests are lawful, force is proportionate, peaceful dissent is protected and courts can hold the government accountable. India deserves scrutiny. Every democracy does. But detention alone doesn’t prove dictatorship, just as holding elections alone doesn’t prove perfect democracy. Apply the same standards to India that you apply to Germany, Britain or the US. Criticism is healthy. Selective outrage isn’t.

Using women’s issues as a tool for political propaganda is pathetic. If you genuinely care about women’s rights, stand up for them consistently, not just when it suits your narrative. Women’s dignity isn’t a political weapon to score points against your opponents.

People like me exist. Not BJP fans, but honest enough to acknowledge its work on terrorism and infrastructure, while questioning its failures in education, law & order and the judiciary. But that doesn’t mean I’ll suddenly start seeing Rahul Gandhi as PM material. Musk attacking, Umar Khalid winning an international award, US interference, protests everywhere. Maybe these are separate issues, maybe not. But the timing does make you wonder. I can oppose BJP without wanting its alternatives to run India.

I don’t have to be a BJP supporter to question Umar Khalid’s ideology. He described Kashmir as being under “Indian occupation”. He praised Burhan Wani, a Hizbul Mujahideen commander, as someone who “lived a free man, died a free man”. He was also associated with organising the JNU event against Afzal Guru’s execution. Yet he is celebrated as a nationalist and intellectual. Since when did being articulate become proof of sound ideology? Questioning the government is your right. But the people you glorify, the causes you defend and the words you choose deserve scrutiny too. A polished image should never exempt anyone from hard questions.

For years, Tier 2 cities ke logon ko advanced healthcare services ke liye ghanton tak travel karke metro cities jaana padta tha. Park Medi World ab inhi cities mein expand kar raha hai, jahan quality healthcare ki demand continuously badh rahi hai. 2026 mein Rudrapur, Agra aur Zirakpur mein hospitals acquire kiye, aur Panchkula mein ek naya hospital bhi start kiya. Simple si baat hai: quality aur advanced healthcare sirf metro cities tak limited nahi honi chahiye.

Dono taraf ke log offend ho gaye hain. Sabne maan liya hai ki sides sirf do hi hain. India left aur right hi dekhta reh jaega, upar nahi dekh payega.

Navratri prep at our place starts early. Mom's rule: the vrat chutney is ground fresh, never from a jar. 🌿 We got a Cellecor 600W mixer grinder this year and it's now in charge of that job, with 3 speeds and a pulse button for the coarse stuff. #NavratriPrep

Moved from Delhi to Mumbai and I swear, more than 90%of the balconies here look like people are living in cages. 😭 I know there’s a reason for those iron grills, but my Delhi eyes are still processing this.

Never believed in babas who made a fool out of people. But Premanand Maharaj was different someone I genuinely respected and listened to for his wisdom, humility, and perspective on life honestly don’t understand the hate against him. He never demanded worship, never spread hatred, and never tried to manipulate people. He simply offered guidance that could genuinely help people become better, calmer, and more grounded. In a country where frauds, scammers, and fake gurus are treated like celebrities, Premanand Maharaj stands out as one of the rare people who never seemed driven by greed or ego. The real cons are the ones exploiting people’s faith for money, fame, and power not someone who gives people meaningful lessons for life.
