You want loyalty. You want peace. You want a woman who actually VALUES commitment. You want that old-school, ride-or-die love.
Wake up. That shit is DEAD.
Modern women don't know loyalty. They don't understand commitment. They don't believe in devotion. They were not built for devotion, they were built for OPTIONS.
You are holding a standard from an era where women were raised to be wives. This era? Women are raised to be brands. Followers, validation, attention. That's their currency.
This generation was raised on Instagram likes, TikTok attention & feminism that told them commitment is slavery and loyalty is oppression.
You can't find 90s love in 2026 women. They were never taught it. They don't want it. They can't even COMPREHEND it. You want a wife, they want a fanbase.
You're not unlucky. You're just playing the wrong game with old rules. You expect traditional loyalty from women who have ZERO traditional values.
So you have two choices:
1. Lower your standards & accept the modern mess - cheating, situationships, "we're talking" for 6 months.
2. Or keep your standards & stay single until you find the 1% that still has old soul values.
Stop lying to yourself. The love you are looking for is EXTINCT in this generation. Either adapt to the chaos, or stay solid & stay alone.

Because words have meanings.
To call an apple a spaceship isn't novel or innovative. It's nonsense.
It's breaking the rules of the language and changing the nature of the thing to the point where it barely resembles the original and you have to ask "Why are you even calling it that in the first place?"
Calling something that isn't a Paladin a Paladin isn't original so much as it is ungrammatical.

Patrick was one of those icons who we somehow all took for granted would always be with us.
I grew up as a fan, and was later gifted the privilege of becoming a colleague and friend, working with him for many years on โAmerican Dad!โ, โFamily Guyโ, and โTedโ. He was that rare actor who could take any bit of dialogue and elevate it, making a good writer sound great, and a great writer sound masterful. He was also as humble as they come. I remember exchanging emails with him a number of years ago when he was beginning day 1 of a new film. He commented to me that he always walked onto a new set feeling like the biggest novice there. My stunned reaction was the same as anyoneโs would be. I said, โPatrick, if you feel that way, the rest of us are screwed.โ We have lost a legendary actor today, and for many of us, a good friend. He will be deeply missed by the entire planet.

Btw as someone who works at conventions this is disgusting cause we book bnbs, plane tickets and booths in the conventions, and actions like this kill people's will to visit and support the convention. No matter Kirsche has said, the are alot of artists that get shafted by this.

The Discord demonstrates there was an effort behind the scenes to drop her (odd they claim there was no vetting of her content when they've spent at least 3 years trying to get her to come to the con).
Regardless of which is true, we've been lied to. And a con that lies to its guests and its attendees does not deserve my money. Or yours for that matter.
Youmacon changed owners two years ago. However, recently leadership in artist alley and dealers hall has changed to people who are not afraid to discriminate if they feel you don't align politically.
