LocalCan 3.2 is here! Adds a design feedback loop for humans and agents. Snapshots can now collect feedback. Share a link, and others can pin comments right on the page. Then hand it to your coding agent: it reads the comments, fixes the design, replies, and resolves. If you build prototypes with AI, this is how you get real feedback on them.

Snapshots are now available on the Free plan! Deploy a static copy of your app to LocalCan so the link keeps working when you are offline - comes in handy when you want to share your work with folks in a different time zone.

Access Control is live in LocalCan 3.0 Beta 8. Set a password, secret link, or IP address rules on any URL. Three things make it different from the existing basic auth: → It runs on LocalCan's servers, not your machine. The password page answers while your Mac is asleep. → It covers the Snapshot at the same URL. Tunnel offline, prototype still up, still protected. → Good looking password page, not a grey browser popup. Teams get reusable access policies, so the same rule can be applied to multiple links instead of being re-typed per project. Designers sharing prototypes with clients are turning into the main use case for this, which I did not plan for when I started building tunnels.
