@Cardiffbus no 57 @9:46am didn’t stop @ ysgol bro edern (city centre). I was on the stop, waved for it, the driver gave me sign to catch next one and drove past. It was not full & had no sign in front of to signify tht. I’ve missed my gp app now. Can someone pls get back to me.

Another rant about @Cardiffbus!The bus that I was supposed to get on never showed up, the next bus just passed by with ‘out of service’ on just when it was due and hoping I can get on the third! Well the third and the fourth buses are due in 5 mins, believe I did not ask for two!

In the city centre for an hour this evening, with every 57/58 bus not turning up and being taken off the screen. Resulted in getting a taxi to get home for my dogs. How can we be asked to rely on public transport when this is what happens!

Hey @Cardiffbus a question on behalf of one of our members based on their experience of trying to get into town yesterday evening. How can a bus be shown on the app - counting down the minutes nicely & then at about 15 mins just disappear?

@Cardiffbus you need a better 57/58 service. 17:14pm bus was late and full at the Churchill way stop, it only took 3 people and it’s a half hour wait for the next and there are two people with wheel chairs waiting in the cold. Your service in this area used to be so much better
