I’ve spoken to Georgians and they say people like Sandro are known as a moghalate (traitor). He’s spent his life defending Circassians who were mass-murdering and enslaving his ancestors for centuries.
Just like the Circassians, the pathetic honorless Georgian leaders were known to sell their own women and children into slavery, it was called the Tqvis Sqidva.
Sandro would offer his own children if an Ottoman merchant approached him.

You're getting your "facts" out of your ass. Circassians never enslaved Georgians specifically. They were pagan/tribal and usually raided communities near them, not Georgians. Also, don't assume anyone in my family was raped just because your mom is a prostitute
The Circassians were never a unified people. They were a bunch of barbarian tribes who were notoriously brutal towards Georgians, Russians and other nearby Caucasian peoples. Their main economy was slavery. In fact even during “peaceful” times they were raiding settlements and selling people into slavery. The Circassian tribes would also raid each other sell their own people to foreign empires for money.
The Ottomans considered Circassian and Georgian slaves to be premium quality and the honorless Circassian leaders were more than happy to sell their own tribal members for quick money.
“Give us back our homeland”: Circassians protest outside Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate
Members of the Circassian diaspora called for the right to return to their historic homeland to be guaranteed for them and their descendants.
Activists are calling for a state repatriation programme that would grant them residency and citizenship rights, as well as assistance with relocation, employment and language learning.
Their demand is rooted in one of the darkest chapters in Caucasian history.
After the century-long Russo-Circassian War, which ended in 1864, the Russian Empire expelled a vast proportion of the Circassian population to the Ottoman Empire.
According to one historical estimate, around one million people — up to 90% of the Circassian people — were forced to leave their homeland.
Many died of hunger and disease or during the crossing of the Black Sea. Historians increasingly regard these events as genocide.
More than 160 years later, a significant proportion of Circassians still live outside the Caucasus, particularly in Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Germany and other countries.
These Indian third-worlders will never get it. White nationalists care more about ethnicity than religion. The sun will implode before a white nationalist says they prefer to live amongst Indians over Muslim white natives.
Cultural habits also don’t change with religion. This Indian guy grew up in a backward, low-trust culture and will always behave backwardly whether he worships Jesus, Allah or an elephant statue from a Temu factory.
Ukrainian army training camp with men in their 50s-60s. As military-aged males keep dying off, Zelensky is forced to recruit older people to compensate with the losses. A lot of the current frontline AFU positions are manned by grandpas who have children and grandchildren that fled the country.
Russia is the world’s best place for data centers. It has loads of industrial towns. They’ve already got transport and energy infrastructure originally built for heavy industries like metal production, these can easily handle the large electrical needs of data centers. There’s also no environmental destruction, you’re just reusing old industrial sites.
The cold regions provide free cooling and the heat from the centers can be reused to heat homes and buildings. The Irkutsk and Murmansk regions are full of these places.

Iran is led by a passive boomer reformist president who still thinks being a “nice guy” to his geopolitical rivals will somehow save him. He only ever attacks when the situation gets dire.
In President Pezeshkian’s dream world, every world leader acts like a librarian and communicates using handwritten letters.
If I were Iran, I'd attack before the U.S. midterms. Send some ballistic missiles to American bases and force Trump into responding at this crucial point for his term in office. Really capitalise on how unpopular this war is in the U.S. at such a sensitive time in American politics.
But Iran still seems too focused on trying to appear like the "good guys" or "reasonable" on the international stage. No matter what Iran does, western governments will never see them anywhere near that.
Restraint is a good thing for other reasons, but you should also know when is the right time to use your leverage and play your cards to maximum effect.
Now is the best time for that.
Notice how all Sarout fans never mention his ideology? Because Sarout was an extremist who supported the ideology of ISIS and Al-Nusra (Jolani’s group). His dream was for ISIS and all other terrorist groups to unite and kill all outsiders.
Assad had many mistakes, but deleting Sarout wasn’t one of them.
The world should know the name Abdul Baset al-Sarout.
A football player born in Homs, Syria, in 1992, who left his entire life behind to join the Syrian revolution against the Assad regime- at its very beginning in March 2011.
Sarout was a talented goalkeeper, once ranked second best in Asia, with a promising professional career ahead of him. He traded it all for the struggle.
He played a prominent role in the demonstrations through his presence, his organisation, and by leading chants and songs that stirred the hearts of millions. Known as the 'Nightingale of the Revolution', his voice became the soundtrack of the uprising. Yet despite his fame, those who knew him recall his deep humility, a talent that never sought the spotlight, and a faith that anchored him. They speak of his fear of God, his gentleness, his unwavering trust in Him, and how he repeatedly called for unity in the revolution.
When the dictatorial Assad regime and its allies (Russia, shia militias, and Iran) began murdering protesters, bombing cities, and besieging towns, Sarout fought on the front lines to defend his people, his religion, his land, and his honour.
He battled against both East and West, alongside his people, to free Syria from the tyrannical regime and from every faction that sought a piece of their homeland.
Sarout's father, four brothers, uncles, and countless friends were murdered. He buried many of them with his own hands. He was wounded multiple times, endured famine and grief, yet he kept going. Kept chanting for freedom. Kept lifting his people up to persevere.
Sarout gave everything he had to free his people and his country, including his own life.
On June 8, 2019, he passed away at the age of 27, from severe wounds sustained two days earlier while fighting Assad regime and Russian forces on the front lines in northern Hama.
We ask God to accept him and his loved ones among the martyrs.
Sarout is not just a legend in Syria, but across the entire region. And he deserves to be known across the world.
الله يرحم روحك الطاهرة يا حبيبنا ساروت، ويتقبلك من الشهداء. طلبتَ الشهادة وبإذن الله نلتَها. ستبقى دوماً رمزاً للبطولة والحرية.

The worst part of these protests is the EU doesn’t have any actual solutions.
- The youth have no chance of owning a home.
- The cost of living has spiked up due to energy spikes. The wages have also decreased in real value.
- No solution for the onslaught of AI automation making thousands of people permanently unemployed every month. Which leads to further unemployment and crime rate spikes.
Energy determines the cost of 99% of things and the EU energy policies have been the dumbest ones. They never bothered to establish energy independence and relied for decades on a delicate supply of Middle Eastern and Russian energy.
Most of today’s EU politicians were shitlibs in their youth who were constantly fear-mongered over nuclear power. This led to nuclear plants getting shutdown and further reliance on foreign energy supplies. Von Der Leyen only recently admitted that shutting down nuclear energy was a strategic mistake.
To subdue any population, you need to give them a realistic path to having a permanent home and comfortable living conditions. Most people aren’t going to riot if they’ve got mortgages or a decent quality of life. But those two things no longer exist for the majority of people under 30. Below-average houses now cost more than high-end supercars.
This creates a recipe for violence.
If it keeps going at this rate, we might, for (I think) the first time in history, be about to witness the first continent-wide youth revolt in Europe - a "European spring" of sorts.
The sheer number of countries where it's **already** happening is pretty overwhelming. I count 8, including 4 with violent clashes:
- France, famously
- Albania (see below) with daily clashes in Tirana and a government building set alight
- Belgium: the French movement spilled over, including riots in Liège
- Italy: "No Meloni Day" student protests since 16 October, turning into riots in Milan, Turin and Bologna
- Greece: students camping in Athens' Syntagma Square over housing and education costs, explicitly inspired by France
- Germany: pupils blockading schools in Berlin and Hamburg in solidarity with France
- Spain: an indefinite education strike in Madrid, with students marching alongside teachers and families
- Serbia: the student movement born from the 2024 Novi Sad station collapse is now running its own list in the 25 October election
And, by the way, the fact it's also happening in countries with close to no immigration - like Albania - goes to show how reductive it is to label these movements, like JD Vance and Trump did with France, as the fruit of "the migrants hav[ing] taken over."
As is often the case, it's much more a story of "it's the economy, stupid." As such, Trump with his war on Iran, has ironically done much more to fuel this (pun intended) than any migrant.
- Russia advances, Ukraine has a 10:1 body-exchange ratio.
- Ukraine advances, Ukraine still has a 10:1 body-exchange ratio.
For years, people have said this was due to Russians forces advancing and capturing Ukrainian corpses, but this idea just got proven wrong by the recent Ukrainian advances.
A lot of pro-Zelensky people are now coping by saying that Ukrainian negotiators are just superior and are able to convince Russia to hand over more 10x more Ukrainian corpses.
Ukraine’s conscripted soldiers who are sent to fight, end up as dinner for Russian drones. Nobody is willingly fighting for Zelensky anymore.
