You don't have to run, you can just walk fast. Running isn't comfortable for everyone nor is it a good idea to start with lots of it if you haven't done any for years. Start slow and just keep upping the speed a little at a timeand you'll achieve the kind of results you want.

Happy walking. And thank you, to the UK NHS and to Living Streets, for the nudge to GoWalking. Thanks too to Bournemouth Beach Walk and Talk

It certainly helps! Plus looking forward to all the good things that are happening today. Friends, food, interesting ideas, walking for health and happiness, - seeing the world around us. So much to think about that is truly wonderful.
We are getting close to the big #Wallkout organised by NHS and Living Streets. Here are some more walking ideas.

Yes, I have been out of action for rather a long time, but I'm hoping to establish a better routine.

One of the pleasures of life is looking onto our neighbours' roof where the swifts have nests under the corrugated roof tiles. They dive bomb in to feed their young, we hear the cries of adults and babies. We watch them race up our narrow street like Luke Skywalker. So joyous.
Thanks to Gary Yost for making this photo available on @unsplash 🎁 unsplash.com/photos/a-butter… It is much appreciated and really beautiful.

That's what happened to me when I last bought a new mac and did the transfer myself.
