Please help keep the Vortex going. Unique in all the world. I recorded two of my albums there and, as a listener, have had many great nights of music and community. It's an important place for so many. crowdfunder.co.uk/save-the-v…

There's a young English drummer, @Lorrainedrums, who has *really* studied Ed Blackwell. This pleases me enormously. The album is great too. Lorraine Baker: Eden review – irresistible rhythms from a creative drummer theguardian.com/music/2018/n…?
