We have 1 week to go to the midterms I still have NO idea what will happen. There is so much conflicting info daily One minute it will be a blue tsunami and Dems will take 430 House Seats and 60 Senate Seats; the next minute we will hold on to the Senate and Dems will underperform in the House, big time. For the House in 2022, a lot of people thought we would take back the House with numbers in the 240s. In the end, we barely got to 220 due to pathetic leadership. For the Senate, I don’t know who would lose as far as incumbents go. Husted maybe because of Vivek. Sullivan maybe because of the weird system. I think Paxton will win. I think Rogers will win but I am worried that they will steal it from him. Everyone else Hinson, Marshall, Ricketts, and Graham I believe will be fine. For Governor, I only believe Lahn and Vivek would lose. I would be pretty surprised if Lombardo and Jackson lose. Masterson would flip Kansas back to Republicans. Everyone else will be fine. On the polls, I don’t trust any of them. There are fundraising polls, nonsensical polls, and polls purely meant to game the begging markets. As I said before, some polls are probably legitimate and others deserve to be thrown in the trash. We will see what happens if it’s the type of performance that leads to a resignation or it’s a performance that leads to a mid-term outcome like 2018. I think the results will shape who runs in 2028. If it’s that bad no one will want to run other than Chris Christie maybe. If it’s that bad I think a lot of people such as Congressmen and Senators will move on from Trump in terms of support really quickly. On the flip side, if we come out like in 2018 then President Trump should get a lot of credit. If it’s bad what will folks like Eric Daugherty and Nick Sorter say? If it’s okay to mid what will folks like Richard Baris and Mark Mitchell say?
