I remember watching #bcafc playing Bournemouth at home in 2006ish.
Now they’re beating #manunited 3-0 at Old Trafford.
Talk about 2 ends of the scale.
The highs of Valley parade to having to play Man United.
Daughter has the “that’s not my…” books.
And we’re on “that’s not my princess”.
One of the pages is “that’s not my princess, her dress is too red”
Tell me why this is a page…
3 guards, one on each arm.
Christ this man had 3 arms?
In 1993, Jeffrey Dahmer was 33 years old, serving 999 years inside a maximum security prison in Wisconsin. Three guards escorted him everywhere. One on each arm. Handcuffs on at all times. The most dangerous human being in America, kept alive only so he could rot in a cell.
This interview was never meant to be seen. It sat in the Inside Edition archives for 30 years.
In the video below, a monster wearing a human face sits across from journalist Nancy Glass and answers the one question nobody expected him to answer honestly.
Are the urges still there?
He paused. Then said he wished he could tell her they were gone. But no. Even locked inside concrete and steel, serving nearly a thousand years, the compulsions that turned him into a predator were still hunting inside his head.
He didn't kill out of rage. Not out of hatred. He said he killed 17 men because he wanted to keep them. That the obsession grew until skulls and skeletons weren't enough. Then came cannibalism. Spoken the same way a normal man would describe a habit he couldn't shake.
He asked for several breaks during filming.
His hands wouldn't stay still the entire time.
Fourteen months after this interview, another inmate killed him in prison. When asked what he deserved, Dahmer didn't hesitate for a second.
"I deserve death," he said.
Some people are beyond saving. Some things wear a human face and never were one.
Was there ever a version of this story that ended differently?
That F.A cup draw was a disaster.
“Number 11… aaah that’s so and so, former EF…..”
“NUMBER 21”
Wait your damn turn.

All this whilst still following Stevenage home and away every week is some going.
Matt Farley is the most prolific singer-songwriter of all time. He's written over 26,000 songs and makes $200k/year off music streaming royalties.
He's also:
- made 18 movies
- written 5 books
- been profiled by NYT and Wired
He's best known as "The Poop Song Guy". I watched him perform live at "Burp. Fest" and he opened with "Diarrhea Bounce Back". "Experts have declared that Matt Farley is a genius." is something I can only say with quotes, because he tweeted it himself.
I spent a week with him in suburban Massachusetts, going on a 15 mile "epic walks", attending his homeschool kids talent show, and listening to his greatest hits over 5 hours of car rides, with him pausing to explain his "genius" every other minute.
I've never been more inspired by anyone. Just by being himself, he's given me more confidence in my ideas and what could come from putting them out into the world. He's independently discovered and embodied "do things that don't scale" and "ramen profitability" without reading Paul Graham.
We talked about creative exhaustion from AI, how inspiration is everywhere, "reverse stealing" to promote his music before the internet, and why artists fake being sad for attention.
I wrote for @sfalexandria_ on how and why he puts in such an overwhelming amount of effort into his creative process.

They’ve done it. They’ve become the first club in England to make tickets pay to win.
What an utter fucking disgrace of a club. A few wins will NOT paint over this.

29 year old Richarlison is playing for Spurs U21s tonight against Cheltenham….
And they’re losing…. 😅
YOU ARE FAKE NEWS
.@DMAC102 Darragh MacAnthony either is not telling the truth here or he doesn't know what's happening at his own club.
Because absolutely, we refused permission to speak, and contact was made in any event, which caused this whole thing to come to a head.
So the rules were broken. That's a fact.
Hi Ian,
Filling players with confidence is your job.
Kindest regards,
Everyone.
