I really hope the press report the reality of this. Any unfunded rise would strip schools to the bone. Redundancies. TAs. Support staff. Ultimately hurting children’s only shot at an education. Accepting this would be immoral and unethical to students.

If you are are a teacher saying you can’t afford to strike, I agree. I also know my dad had 3 kids (me one of them) and went out to strike so you could have your PPA. Imagine not having PPA. He lost wages for that. And you now Benefit as a teacher.
