"I had never wanted to kill a single human being. I had never felt anything like that. Pure revenge."
Asked about his hardest day of the last four years, President Zelenskyy says it was Bucha. He says he had never seen people's bodies scattered on the street in his entire life, and that after that, everything changed completely.
He also recalls an elderly man in Bucha who had survived the town's occupation during World War II: "He said the fascists never treated people like that."

Credit where it’s due - the guy definitely has the common touch about him
Can’t imagine many politicians pulling this off, especially the previous incumbent 🎸 #TheSmiths #SlavaUkraïni 🇬🇧 🇺🇦
I don’t necessarily disagree with this
Digital games account for the vast majority of sales which only goes up. And PC players have had Steam for years
The problem is ownership. You can’t take away physically owned games & the same should apply for digital. Tighten up the laws

When I was Minister of Defence, we shared critical satellite intelligence with the Ukrainians *over the objections* of the Obama Administration.
Let’s be honest before this coup narrative goes any further, how many people working at the #BBC do people honestly think vote for a right of centre party (Tories/Reform)?
If your answer is not many then I don’t think there’s much doubt that it’s institutionally biased

I’ll leave you with “Lionel” The Builder at The Sandwell in West Brom 👷🏽
Probably shouldn’t be on a construction site at 6am every day, wasted talent.
Sign him up @SimonCowell

Most people are just people at the end of the day. The more we talk to each other the more we’ll realise this and see there’s more that unites us than not
'I don't want to believe that 150,000 are out and out racist'
Ranvir talks to @susannareid100 and Richard about the conversation she had with someone who attended the march in London on Saturday.
This sort of moral absolutism is the same mindset that leads people to feel justified to shoot someone dead in front of their wife and children - and others to celebrate afterwards
When everyone you disagree with is basically a Nazi then murder is quite a reasonable response 😔

A rock band called RPJ sees a kid with a banner asking to play guitar with them. The singer asks him:
- Do you really know how to play guitar?
- Yeah!
- What's your favorite band?
- Guns N' Roses
What happens next is incredible.
