Genuinely think it’s valid to hate PPG so much that you’re never gonna play LaDS again even if Valko comes back.
Like if you wanna delete your account or delete the game off your phone & be done forever then that makes sense to me.
That being said I think it’s really unhealthy to keep giving them your energy by thinking about them all the time if you feel like that. I think that’s why I see so many people freaking out on here all the time trying to figure out how to escalate this boycott.
Just move onto another game & stop letting them take up your precious time. All you’re doing is stressing yourself out. If they don’t bring him back the games gonna be done anyway.

A CN player is openly admitting that the backlash against Valko was a deliberate pressure tactic — not genuine feedback. They admit the complaints weren't real, that stirring up outside public opinion was part of the strategy, and that now that the goal has been achieved, other players should stay quiet so the global community doesn't find out.

Papergames didn't cancel Valko because of legitimate player concerns. They caved to a manufactured campaign. And the people behind it are celebrating.

There are no factions. There’s the Bring Valko Back boycott & then there’s a small extremist splinter group working from the outside to undermine it. It’s not a two sides thing where both people are equally valid.
Their methods are grotesque, their goals are in conflict with our goals & they spend all day stalking, lying, harassing & defaming people. They trend harmful hashtags where they spam lies & try to manipulate people. Their actions work against bringing Valko back & they’ve said many times they don’t care if he comes back or not.
There are some normal people who for some reason align with them & if those people want us to stop fighting with them they should encourage THEM to return to normal boycotting.
But regular boycotters are not going to just step aside & let them run the boycott into the ground. Pushing back on extremism is not infighting.
Coming back to this it’s very interesting to me that the burden of solidarity seems to be entirely on normal boycotters.
Interestingly I never see the people criticizing “infighting” call out any of this kind of thing directly. Like how would you like me to come together in solidarity with someone like this?

Because ultimately what it boils down to is not “stop fighting” but “stop fighting back”
They don’t want to come together in solidarity if they did they wouldn’t be constantly baselessly accusing anyone who disagrees with them of spending. They just want us to shut up.
If you’re saying this kind of thing & not addressing the most obviously & outwardly caustic & hostile people instigating harassment then you’re basically just condoning their insane behaviour.
