In a Potter Rees Dolan survey, 80% of the public surveyed thought it would be difficult for someone living with a stoma to play rugby.
Clearly, a few people haven’t met us yet. 👀
There’s still a massive gap in public understanding of life with a stoma. Too many assumptions. Too little education. And far too many people deciding what we’re capable of before we’ve even picked up a ball.
