Former DARPA scientist says he chaired a Top Secret UFO committee whose reports went to the White House and Pentagon, and that Area 51 moved to Ohio Highlight reel from the No Way Out podcast. Aired 4/8/26 Dr. Neil Helm was on the first space tracking team when Sputnik 1 went up in 1957, later worked at COMSAT Labs, ran DARPA's first small satellite program and was involved in founding GWU's Institute of Applied Space Research. In the interview he says he chaired a UFO review committee.
