Ready for the Fight, the super PAC that JB Pritzker has been using to help Democrats in uphill-battle House seats, announces it’s wading into Senate races: - $1 million ad buy in #MSSEN - $500,000 ad buy in #KSSEN

Fundraising staff are very important and I love mine to death but they're not in charge of political strategy. This is a disaffected mid-level staffer who's trying to make a buck by inflating her credentials and baiting people on X, stop giving her attention
This person is not a "former democratic strategist" At no point was she involved in shaping the party's message, nor at any point did she ever meaningfully impact a race of any consequence, nor has she run a major field program of any kind, nor created any advertisements, she has never worked a Presidential race, or worked on any national scale at any point. She saw an opening to make money off of gullible conservatives by being the "Democrat" who said what they wanted to hear and she took it.

Are you a nervous Democrat? This will calm you down. Or not. At least you’ll laugh.
There’s a lot of this vibe in DC these days.

God forbid the Black guy who happens to be a civil rights attorney and got elected to a safe district wants to help out in the DEEP SOUTH, post Callais. Touch grass, people.
Replying to @MAAlcala
It’s not that irrational. His primary stunt was illuminating for many, but he hasn’t been a team player for years. Some politicians are much more invested in their own ambitions.

The irrational hate Colin is subjected to is truly astounding. Dems in safe districts can and should help anywhere they can. Jfc
Completely ridiculous for him to be out of state when: A. There are extremely competitive statewide races in his home state where turnout in deep blue districts like his matter (especially in Tarrant County) B. He’s on the general election ballot(!)

Democrats are outspending Republicans in MISSISSIPPI by a factor of FOURTEEN-TO-ONE
Another $8.4 million from Future Forward-affiliate Lower Costs Now in 5 Senate races, and a gratuitous update of the really big board.

This is what happens when you have a bunch of folks who, for years apparently, say “I can’t help win more seats against R incumbents bc it’ll hurt my relationships at the lege”
It's gettin' real now: Sources tell @quorumreport that the Texas Senate GOP is quietly considering stripping all legislative power from the Lt. Gov. if the Democrat beats Little Gov Patrick: bit.ly/4Bfnnvb #TxLege

I'll take 'Things that never happened' for $500, Alex.
🚨Wedgewood Polls released a survey on October 14 showing the Mississippi Senate race at Republican +4. The fabricated results prompted Senate Majority PAC, aligned with Chuck Schumer, to announce a $1.2 million television ad investment on October 20, described as its first major spending in the race after prior zero investment. Wedgewood later stated that the poll data was fabricated. The admission followed an investigation into the firm’s methodology and data integrity. Follow: @MorseReport

Sen. Raphael Warnock is pressuring his party to spend more in races across the South, particularly the Mississippi Senate race “Right now, the Democrats’ ceiling on Senate seats is 52,” the Georgia Democrat told me in an interview. “That is unsustainable. We have to broaden the map and broaden our vision — put our feet on the ground and open new opportunities for Democrats to win.” MORE from @PunchbowlNews PM on Warnock’s vision - punchbowl.news/article/senat…

For generations, the Black Church has been more than a place of worship. It has served as a gathering place, an information center, a leadership institution, and the bedrock of civic engagement, especially in the Deep South. That tradition continues today.
