Love practice days when @AFThunderbirds #8 serves as the photo plane. I’m like what - we have a 7-ship now 🤙

🚨🚀 The Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin a $694 million contract to produce and field the AGM-183A Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW), moving the hypersonic boost glide missile from flight testing into production. The contract was awarded Sept. 29 and announced Oct. 26. ARRW uses a solid fuel rocket booster to exceed Mach 5, then releases a hypersonic glide vehicle to strike heavily defended targets from standoff range. Air & Space Forces Magazine reports it will initially be fielded on the B-52. Quantities and delivery dates are withheld for operational security. File photo: ARRW test vehicle on a B-52H, Edwards AFB, Aug. 2020. af.mil/News/Article-Display/… Unofficial. Not DoD. Fly safe. 🫡 Media: U.S. Air Force photo by Giancarlo Casem via DVIDS.

Shoutout to the @22ARW for hosting the Frontiers in Flight Airshow and representing well with the 46 and 135. I know the 135s are going to be retired soon, which made it even cooler to see.

Old Glory! Here are some of my photos from the Frontiers in Flight Airshow in Wichita this past weekend. The 🇺🇸 is a beautiful and iconic symbol of freedom, and I’m so thankful for those who sacrifice to defend that freedom.

On April 14 Ohio ANG KC-135R Stratotanker 59-1444 from the 121st ARW arrived at Tinker after sustaining damage while deployed at PSAB. Advanced ADBR maintenance patched her up for the long flight back to depot. Today marks a new chapter for her. Eddie62 - hope to see you again!

Yesterday E-3G Sentry 82-0007 departed Tinker as Shuck80 to cross the pond. I haven't had many opportunities to see this jet, but earlier this month I did get to see Balls 7 quite a bit. Looking forward to seeing her again someday, but for now duty calls. Safe travels.

“Eddie61, you are cleared to Rickenbacker.” I love being able to see KC-135s come in from all of over the country, even all over the world. But the Ohio ANG birds are a sentimental favorite this year. Here’s KC-135R 60-0367 from the 121st ARW arriving at Tinker AFB today. ❤️

Anyone know any Ohio spotters? Trying to find out what that nose art says. I didn’t zoom in close enough. Something fury.

Hey IP, I see you, you see me Here’s T-38C 66-8400 from the 25th FTS/71st FTW based at Vance AFB working the pattern as Shoot15. I’ve been able to collect quite a few patches from around the country but I still don’t have any from the Shooters yet. Hoping to change that.

Had the opportunity to catch an AK F-35A 4-ship passing through Tinker AFB for some fuel today on their way to Florida. They were all with the 354th Fighter Wing, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, including the wing commander (flagship 18-5354), and the 356th FS commander as well.

Air Force One handoff! Because the 747 can't land in Kalispell Montana, President Trump has switched to the smaller C-32 for the flight to Montana. What a great rally at Bullhead City!
