"You’ve got to know who you are. You’ll get knocked down in this industry. And when you do you’ve got to get back up and balance yourself around who you know you are. That is based on integrity and confidence in the work you’re doing." @LouisJonesIV #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk

"Be wholly considerate about how your workforce reflects who you want to do business w/. Expression is apart of Black storytelling. Corps have to allow people to express themselves. To say there’s only one way to express is ridiculous." @LouisJonesIV #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk

"Outwork, out care, outthink. I think that typifies you." @steview8 of @essenceglobal on @LouisJonesIV's contribution to the ad industry #live at #4As #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk

"Hope is a central theme for the heart of people of color. Without hope there can’t be change. Hope is what keeps us going. Hope is what gets us through. For an ambitious person, hope is the value that puts your forward." @LouisJonesIV #4As #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk

.@LouisJonesIV on DEI in the industry, "I got into the business in the late 80’s when the efforts to diversify began. Last year, we all had to really ask, "who are we and what are we doing?" We’re at an inflection point. But can we sustain it?" #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk

When asked by @steview8 about his journey into advertising, "Marketing was always inside of me. I just had to recognize it. You need to figure out what you’re good at and follow your heart. I followed my heart into advertising" - @LouisJonesIV #365BLACKPRINT Talent Talk
