Where is the bad look for Mike? He feels as though his faith is calling him into public service. Completely reasonable and noble.
Real bad look for MAGA Mike.
“Minogue runs the foundation with his wife, and they invest in “programs with a focus on service . . . to fulfill their God-given purpose,” according to the organization’s website.
The foundation has also shuttled cash to educational causes, including Prager University, a conservative media organization whose founder has said most abortions are not moral.”

Did someone say we need a fighter in Congress? I'll take the guy who won the Bronze Star over the guy on speed dial with his broker.
Vote YES on Question 3. I understand the hesitancy, but here is why:
Republicans lose in MA because of third party spoiler candidates (Baker in 2010, Perry in 2010 & Tisei in 2014 for Congress, state house races too).
A top-two election gets the spoilers off the ballot.
It is true that in some cases two Democrats will advance. But that will mostly happen in districts where 2/3rds of the electorate are Dems, so Republicans have no chance of winning regardless. BUT, those districts typically elect the most progressive candidate in the primary who then wins the general against a Republican handily. In a jungle primary, there would be an actual meaningful choice even in very liberal districts.
The calculus is simple: a YES on Question 3 means more elected Republicans in MA and more normal Democrats.
Vote YES on Question 3.
Ayanna Pressley is voting NO on Question 3 because our current system elevates the progressive wing of her party.
Her NO vote on 3 is a good reason to do the opposite.
Vote YES on Question 3.
We need candidates and leaders that are accountable to the people—NOT private equity, NOT special interests, and NOT wealthy donors.
That’s why Massachusetts must vote NO on Question 3 to stop billionaires from buying our elections. Check out my pinned post for help casting your ballot.

Agree Governor, families do need lower electric bills.
That's why instead of focusing on off shore wind (less than 1% of MA electricity) we should focus on natural gas infrastructure (60% of MA electricity).
But remember, you bragged about stopping two natural gas pipelines from entering the state.
Time for a new Governor.
Families need lower electric bills. Our grid needs more power. Massachusetts workers need these jobs.
So why is Donald Trump trying to block offshore wind projects that can help deliver all three?
Reversing this approval makes no sense. bostonglobe.com/2026/10/21/s…
This situation is a shame. I'm glad nobody was very badly harmed and I hope Shawn recovers swiftly. Prayers to him.
Mike Minogue has constantly said he puts common sense and what is right above party loyalty. Here, he is doing just that.
I am extremely disappointed. Shawn is lucky to be alive and lucky that no one innocent was hurt. There is no excuse for driving under the influence.
After speaking with Shawn, I am asking him to suspend his campaign immediately, and when elected, I will formally ask for his resignation. Shawn is a father and grandfather, and he needs to put his family first. He needs to do the work to ensure this never happens again. If he needs help with that, I will help him.
As governor, I will put the Commonwealth first. That starts with accountability, something Massachusetts has not seen from Maura Healey.
Reasons to vote against Maura Healey:
•energy crisis (stopped 2 pipelines, no nuclear progress)
•housing crisis (absurdly slow permitting process, red tape)
•affordability crisis
•migrant crisis via HomeBase program (over 1,000 instances of violence at the shelters)
•Lamar Cook scandal
•Phil Eng hair-pulling scandal
•mishandling SNAP distribution costing $300M in fines
•radical abortion bill allowing for third trimester abortions
•mass exodus of domestic citizens
•ranked last in the nation in state government transparency
AND MORE. It is time for a new kind of Governor.
In tonight's debate, Mike Minogue explained his common sense plan for addressing:
•housing costs
•energy prices
•accountability
•and more
Real solutions, not empty campaign promises. This is not a time for partisanship; it is time for rescuing Massachusetts. Vote Minogue.
Maura Healey's former aide is a welfare fraudster and a drug dealer. Did they even have a vetting process?
#Breaking: The disgraced former aide to #Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey @MassGovernor, LaMar Cook, has been charged with #SNAP fraud. U.S. Attorney Leah Foley @DMAnews1 says Cook lied about his income to receive $540 per week in benefits.
When I asked him about his SNAP funded trip to Disney World over the summer he was very cocky and confident about it. Cook is facing state charges for allegedly trafficking over 18 pounds of cocaine in Healey’s western Massachusetts office. Her office mistakenly paid him a $31,000 contract buyout he was not entitled to upon his arrest last year. He then had his bail significantly reduced before his mother happened to win a $1 million state lottery ticket. Healey’s office was told about his 2001 gun charges where he allegedly shot at people sitting on a porch in Springfield, but hired him anyways.

Ed Markey just said he wants to expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices so there is a progressive majority. This ignores precedent and blatantly politicizes the court. Such a shame.
Happy Columbus Day! Columbus helps mark the start of North America becoming Western. But to keep it, we all have to protect it. So I have a civic duty challenge:
Talk to one Democrat / swing voter each day this week and explain to them why you are voting for Mike Minogue, John Deaton, and the other common sense Republicans.
If every person reading this participates, we will reach thousands of potential voters. 🇺🇸
Steve (Mass Dem party chair), I know it's your job to defend the party, but you know any objectivity says Healey lost the debate.
Halfway through and as expected, @maura_healey is showing she’s the leader Massachusetts residents need
Minogue's media presence has gotten much better over the months. He did very well today. I would've liked if he tied bad outcomes directly to Healey a bit more, but overall he WON.
Healey speaks in platitudes and was clearly flustered. She knows she has an untenable record, insofar that defending it is a seriously difficult task.
VOTE MINOGUE!
A couple of weeks ago, I gave Ed Markey credit for being one of the lone MA Democrats willing to debate his opponent. He has since shamefully pulled out of the debate.
The avoidance of debates by MA Dems (Markey, Koh, Campbell, Goldberg) is a slap in the face to the voters and our elections. At least @MassGovernor will be debating @mikeminoguema! (Respect, Governor)
Remember that MA ranks last in the nation in state government transparency. We deserve better.
Vote Minogue
Technology behemoth Amazon will no longer occupy about half of an office in Boston’s Seaport District, where it once planned to hire 3,000 people. trib.al/ydAVgL4
Massachusetts Republicans have been proposing policy like this to lower electric bills for over a year. It's a common sense approach to lowering costs. Maura Healey has had years to do such, but is doing it a month before an election. I wonder why?
After #Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey @MassGovernor signed an executive order to remove climate-mandate charges from utility bills for three months and blaming President Trump for high energy costs, Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll @KimDriscollMA says she and Healey are not pointing the finger at #Trump too much.

This is not true.
Maura Healey has passionately opposed natural gas infrastructure for just about her entire political career. She has also made very little progress on nuclear energy.
Massachusetts has an energy crisis and Healey is liable. Elect Mike Minogue for common sense energy policy.
Maura Healey has been Governor since January 5, 2023. Donald Trump was sworn in on January 20, 2025.
She was Governor with a Biden presidency for over 2 years. Trump was a private citizen.
She is gaslighting you and lying when she blames Massachusetts' exorbitant energy costs solely on Trump. Most responsibility lies in her hands.
