“Smoke heaters in the cage, smoke heaters in the game” is the @JohnKruk esque baseball speak that should be all over hats and t shirts
The Brewers regarded smoking cigarettes before games as a good luck charm and their motto was ‘if we smoke heaters in the cage, we will smoke heaters in the game’
Christian Yelich on this:
“You walk by the cage and see the cigs lit and you’re like, the boys are ready to rock.”

Patient needs SI joint Injection
I order SI joint Injection
Insurance company says no
I call for peer to peer
Wait 2.5 days to even get scheduled
Finally talk to peer who actually is interventional pain (which is incredible to actually get someone qualified)
As a free thinker who doesn’t bow down to “big car maintenance”, I’ve been to the mechanic almost never.
Only paid for 1 oil change in 15 years. Car smokes more, brakes squeak louder, and dashboard lights are brighter than all my sheeple neighbors
As a parent of 4 unvaccinated children:
We’ve been to the pediatrician no more than 10 times in total for all 4 children during their first 18 years of life.
It’s a similar story with my other unvaccinated friends.
Not at all normal for the vaccinated.
Less vaccines = better health outcomes.

I deeply need to know what @danorlovsky7 thought percent was. Even if he didn’t know the Latin etymology…did he think it was like “a pinch” or “a skosh”? Some generic slang with a number in front?
Americans need a slang term for “I knew they would do this because of course they would but also I’m still shocked they’re trying to get away with it”
The Trump administration has preemptively filed a lawsuit seeking to block certification of Alaska's US Senate election if the Republican incumbent Sen. Dan Sullivan loses in the state which could decide the balance of power in the Senate. cnn.it/4i52DPm

Blood clots have NOT statistically changed since Covid vaccines in either the NFL or NBA according to injury reports and searchable records.
Sorry to ruin some narratives but the data says no change
YES - vaccines have been linked to specific rare cases of Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS) or Vaccine-Induced Immune Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) in roughly 2 to 20 per million doses. They are NOT RISK FREE
Apropos of *gestures wildly to everything on twitter*:
Friendly reminder that Covid INFECTION is clearly linked to increased risk of clotting at way higher rates than vaccines.
Covid VACCINATION is actually protective against these risks.
