Avery Johnson will not play at Colorado this Saturday. K-State’s starting QB last week, Jacob Knuth, is also doubtful.
Looks like Blake Barnett and Dillon Duff will be the Wildcats’ options at QB in Boulder, with RB Joe Jackson also available as a wildcat option.

Casey Alexander on K-State's offense tonight:
"In our execution of the game plan offensively, I thought we did a good job of getting paint touches and getting inside-out threes.
"We shot a ton of them. But I wasn't very disappointed with the quality of many of them at all.

Collin Klein says Avery Johnson is day-to-day this week.
"He's working hard at it and doing everything that he can. Some of that is going to be out of his control in this deal."
'I don't know exactly who's going to take the first snap on Saturday, and that's where we're at."

Casey Alexander said he was "most pleased" with K-State's attention to detail defensively vs. Missouri last night.
A lot of offseason talk has focused on offense, but what will K-State's defensive identity look like under the first-year coach?
