I really hope the Toronto Raptors strongly consider Blake Hinson in that final two way role. Phenomenal shooter, can play in a forward/wing role. Your current two way spots are a PG (Smith), and the other is a C (Bittle). Just feel like it balances out by positional need and Blake had a great showing to end last season with the Jazz. He played 14 games and averaged 20.4 minutes and in those minutes 11.9 PPG, on 51.3% FG, 46.8% 3PT. He won his minutes.
We saw yesterday the shooting was ice cold for the Raptors and Blake Hinson is one of the best available shooters in basketball and really he’s one of the best available two way guys.
Good organizations find diamonds in the rough, but he’s right there for any team to scoop up and I’m praying Toronto is that team.

Did Blake Hinson’s injury a factor in the Jazz waiving him? Perhaps he needs to heal and then they will bring him back?
On the surface, this move does not make sense. Hinson is talented. Have to think there is more to this.

Javon Small beat out some other strong candidates for best player on a two-way right now. Four rookies got a shout. Don't sleep on Chaney Johnson!

Somehow someway the Jazz need to make Blake Hinson a Jazz man for life.

Blake Hinson: "I can help however. I can go get coffee. I can maybe make a shot. I can talk to somebody. I can watch your dog. I just want to be a part of the program."
"Coming together as a squad, figuring out who we're going to be... it's still in the making but that's what preseason's for."
