Wooooooooo. We felt this! It is your right to share your pay information, and doing so arms you with more knowledge with which to better advocate for yourself. ✊🏽 Be a good colleague. Tell a coworker how much you make today. #1u

Hey everyone! It’s been a long time since we last gave an update.
We haven’t had contract negotiations since July while we sought out a mediator so that our meetings could be more efficient.
Today is our first day back and we are excited to move forward!

❗️❗️ BREAKING NEWS ❗️❗️ We informed ACLU-MN leadership that a supermajority of staff voted to unionize. We are thrilled to join the @NewsGuildMN and are confident @aclumn will voluntarily recognize us, so we can get to good-faith negotiations for our first contract! #1u

Th eviction today is going to cause a lot of folks, who have already been displaced three times this month, to lose their stuff. Please donate if you are able.
UPDATE: After taking a pause on union matters due to the unrest in Brooklyn Center and Mpls, today we resumed contract negotiations. We ended up having some great conversations, resulting in our most productive meeting yet. Thanks to everyone for your ongoing community support!

the camp is trying to find land to own, what land trusts would you point us towards? they should be oriented towards ecology, sustainability, justice and hopefully abolition.
Boosting this again because it’s an important one. Want to help out the apartment residents directly? Send them money through their CashApps!
