With enthusiastic participation from faculty members, officers, staff, students, and members of the local community, the event reflected the University's commitment to promoting holistic health and well-being. The programme was graced by the guidance and inspiring message of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sanjay Srivastava @sanjaychanakya , who highlighted yoga as India's invaluable gift to the world and underscored the significance of this year's theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.” Guided by Yoga Guru Shri Mahendra Priyadarshi, participants practised the Common Yoga Protocol.
