What do you do if your ponies eat your hedges? Make a horse moat! This is protecting a brand new hedge, which will one day be a wildlife corridor, connecting hedges on either side of it. Huge thanks to the farmer, who was supported with a grant from MHAONB.
Reduce, re-use and recycle. This old tin is going to provide luxury accommodation for slow worms on a warm sunny bank in the AONB.
Nine new field trees at Mathon Park, a partnership between the land owner and MHAONB. Look at the veteran tree in the background and just think what these could grow into. Amazing!

A new orchard for @bartonevents , traditional varieties, some of which hail from nearby farms and villages. Huge thanks to the enthusiastic owners who, with support from Malvern Hills AONB Unit and local orchard volunteers, have re-made a piece of living history. Cheers!

The snow is melting but the blue skies are magical. Reflections on the lake at Earnslaw Quarry - an easy walk from town. One of the AONB's little secrets!
A 'feel good' Christmas dinner? Beef and lamb grazed on the Malvern Hills and commons, producing tasty meat and wildlife friendly landscapes.
