Primary care is amazing! A local clinic in Mississauga has been able to ramp up from 80 shots/wk to 600 with only a few days’ notice. Well done! 👏👏👏 We need all hands on deck. Let’s share more success stories. @OntarioCollege @regionofpeel @MHPCN @OntarioHealthOH

Thank you to the @citymississauga and my nominator for this honour and beautiful certificate. It means a lot to be recognized, but I know there are thousands of heroes working daily around me and they inspire me to be my best. It is an immense privilege to serve my community !

Primary care would be best positioned but we need funding. We can’t compete w shoppers and Telus. We don’t have the financial interests they do and they don’t have the connections to patients we do. Government needs to invest so primary care can do it & do it well.

This was a huge opportunity to make massive strides in this direction and we blew it. Who is “we”? It’s never clear, and that’s the problem. link.medium.com/UTkXHGfcPdb
