This team is carrying 3 G’s, running 11-7 and can’t find an NHL roster spot for him while losing night after night. Morons
How about that read by Brayden Yager? Takes the puck the other way to give his club the lead with the #MBMoose’s second shorty of the game. That’s Yager’s seventh of the year. #AHL #NHLJets

Reuniting 81-55-13 reminds me of when Paul Maurice reunited Connor - Scheifele - Wheeler for the 800th time and then quit like 24 hours later lmao
A couple of changes to the #NHLJets lines to begin the third at least to start: Connor-Scheifele-Vilardi Barron-Mercer-Perfetti Iafallo-Lowry-Bjorck Rosen/Koepke

Firing the team’s coaching staff is probably both necessary and also entirely pointless without changes at the management level. Arniel just becomes the latest scapegoat if he’s canned. No one can say that Arniel is coaching a competitive team. That was the case last year, too.

You know it’s easy to just blame Scott Arniel for poor play by the Jets and he’s ultimately responsible for the performance of the players he’s coaching. But assistant coaches Davis Payne and Dean Chynoweth are just as responsible with a PK that doesn’t and a PP that can’t score

See, I don’t think it would be any more painful to fans than watching the current team. A group of hungry young players beginning to find their way and build chemistry can’t be worse than a team that refuses to help itself by — *gasps* — separating two players.
The rebuild will be painful folks.

Connor Hellebuyck’s new franchise scored as many goals in his first game than his old one has scored in their last 4 games combined as things currently stand

Need to inject some of Chevy’s big draft picks into this lineup. Where’s Veselainen, Lucius, Heinola, Barlow?

Connor & Scheifele the moment Scott Arniel floats the idea of separating them (the entire bottom 9 fwds have seven (7!) goals combined in 11 games)
Asked #NHLJets coach Scott Arniel if they’ve had talks about breaking up the top line with only 6 goals in 4 games as a team: He cracks a bit of a smile and says: “Same old question yep. Will we split them up…” “You know what I've talked to those two, and we’re 20th right now in scoring at five on five, and we're I think ninth in five on five against. So I'm not in panic mode here, but we're in five straight (losses). We've been in nine one goal games. So yes, I do need it. I like to tinker a little bit now that Mercer is here. I haven't had him. That was one game for him. So I’d like to tinker with some other lines first before I kind of go down that road.”

Warsofsky, on splitting Celebrini-Smith: "Just to balance our lines, really, is where it starts. We looked at it, and we haven't generated a whole lot 5-on-5, so we've got to try to get something going."

More focused on getting Nino Niederreiter (who hasn’t scored in almost an entire year) his 500th point than trying to win the only important game this season

The Winnipeg Jets should play their entire slate of regular season home games outdoors at Princess Auto Stadium. It would be the biggest home ice advantage in the league. Imagine The Florida Panthers rolling into town mid January when it's -47 with the homeless native guys still stumbling down Portage and Main all doped up on dirty meth and rail whiskey. Imagine being in that 2 diamond Fairmont on the chin of 2 Lombard Place that has the worst window insulation in the entire league thinking about how not only the sun doesn't shine here but my fuck we gotta drive 25 minutes down the Pembina HWY to play a god dam hockey game outside. Why wouldn't Winnipeg do this? They'd go 42-0 at home. Shoutout to Joey Polo Park. Shoutout Earls on Main. God bless Chinnipeg -People's
