After 17 months injured & multiple specialist consultations, I’ve reluctantly decided to hang them up ⚽️
15 years in non-league has been a rollercoaster, but one I’ve absolutely loved!
Too many clubs & people to thank individually, but I’m grateful to each & every one of you🙏🏾
An actual living nightmare 😢
Ino times are tough for people so I’d never expect anyone to donate if you can’t, but even if you could share it and pray for Zo 🙏🏾❤️

This is Antoine Semenyo hitting the second fastest speed of the season against Liverpool - 35.74 km/h.
What’s really interesting about the clip is that Virgil Van Dijk - the chasing defender - hits 34.94 km/h on the same recovery sprint. And wins the challenge.
He’s 35 years old.
Great half that… thought we was really good Sunday until the red, same again that half 👏🏾
You wouldn’t think so looking at the reactions on this app 🤦🏽♂️

Having focused on my coaching badges and having a taste of management last season… I’m now ready to fully pursue the next chapter of my football journey… onwards and upwards 🙏🏾

The way Thiago talks about Liverpool ❤️:
🗣️ "It's a worker city. People always ask me about Liverpool: why the crowd, why the people are the way that they are with the team, and I say, 'It's not about winning or losing; it's about giving your all.
It's the only big team that I've seen that doesn't act cocky as a big team. It acts like it has to work for everything.
What I experienced in Liverpool that day, after losing the Champions League Final against Madrid, that was unmatched!
We were lost, and we were all sad and hopeless, and suddenly we had that exchange of energy. It was unbelievable."

🚨 Marc Cucurella's biggest decision this summer wasn't about football or signing for Real Madrid. 🇪🇸
Before saying yes to Real Madrid, he didn't ask about his salary, the training ground or the facilities.
His first question was whether Madrid had the right schools, therapists and specialists for his eldest son, who has been diagnosed with autism. ❤️
The Spanish full-back has revealed that every bit of progress his son makes means more to him than any trophy. And when choosing his next club, there's only one thing that truly matters:
🗣️ "If a team is interested in me, the first thing I do is check whether there are schools or therapies for him."
👏 He might be on the verge of winning the EUROs and World Cup back to back for his country but football will always come second. Being there for his son will always be Marc Cucurella's greatest achievement.
