Sequelae of radiation often causes a devastating situation for cancer survivors, replacing one problem for another. We report feasibility/outcomes for this challenging problem. “Fix it, don’t manage it!” Congrats to my team & colleagues for this effort!

Really proud of my team for publishing this on the transvesical approach to bladder neck reconstruction. We developed this after hundreds of transvesical simple prostatectomy w/360 anastomosis. With this experience under our belt, it was a natural next step to do BNR. Congrats!!!
