Good morning and Happy Saturday family and friends. ☀️ 🙏 Today’s reminder from 2 Timothy 2:1 speaks to my heart. God’s grace gives us strength to keep growing, seek His direction, and take the next faithful step, even when we don’t have everything figured out. My relationship with Jesus has changed my life. I’m grateful for His patience, His mercy, and the opportunity to encourage someone who may need it. Join me today in looking for those opportunities. Check on someone. Listen without judgment. Remind a friend that they matter. A simple conversation can mean more than we realize. If you’re carrying something heavy, you deserve support. Prayer, an honest conversation, and reaching out for professional help can all be part of moving forward. Struggling doesn’t make your faith any less real. Even the strongest among us grow tired. We have days when our energy runs low, our worries feel heavy, and we wonder how we’re going to handle everything in front of us. Today’s verse reminds me that we can turn to God in those moments. Seeking Him doesn’t mean we’ll never face hardship. We can trust His goodness even when we don’t understand the timing or see the whole picture. Today, I’m thankful for His provision, including the people He places in our lives to encourage us, pray with us, and help us keep going. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to pretend to be strong. Pray, reach out, and let someone know what you’re carrying. Seeking support for your mental health is an act of courage, and faith and getting help can walk together. Lord, help us seek You first today. Give us strength for what’s ahead, grateful hearts for what You’ve provided, and eyes to notice someone who needs our care. Today’s Scripture offers a simple prayer: may the peace of God be with you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you turn to Him. You can come just as you are, with your tired heart and unfinished prayers. Pause today. Take a breath. Bring God what is troubling you, and give yourself permission to take life one step at a time. Having a difficult day doesn’t mean your faith has failed. Lord, quiet our racing thoughts and help us recognize Your presence. Give us patience for what remains unresolved, strength for today, and gentleness toward ourselves and others. May the peace we receive from You reach someone else through us. Good Morning and Happy Tuesday everyone!☀️ If you’re going through something today, please speak up and say something. You don’t have to carry it alone. Reach out to someone you trust and if you don’t know where to turn, turn to God. He is always there. There have been times in my own life when I didn’t know where to turn and by His grace, He kept me alive. Giving my life back to Christ was the best decision I ever made. My Uncle Thom told me that day I would stumble and that my walk wouldn’t always be easy. (He was right.) Since February 2025 and especially since my baptism on September 21, 2025, I’ve made a more conscious effort to give my worries to Him and surrender what I can’t control. I still have moments when I struggle to let go because like so many of us, I want to fix everything myself. We’ve all tried to do things our own way. For me, I’ve come to believe that the way forward and to Eternal life is ONLY through Him. Even when I can’t see what’s ahead, I’m learning to trust that He can. Since losing my brother Tyler, a handful of people have reached out to me over the years to share their struggles and what they’re going through. I want you to know my door is always open. If you’re struggling, please don’t hesitate to send me a direct message. I may not always have the right words, but I will listen, and I’ll do my best to help you find the support you need. This morning’s lake view and devotional reminded me that God gives us a new day to plant something good in someone’s life. 💛 With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’m thinking of my grandmother. She survived breast cancer twice, lived to 95, and was one of the strongest Christian women I’ve ever known. Her faith and love still inspire me. Real men wear pink. Real strength also means showing up, listening, and caring. 🎀 Whether someone is facing cancer, struggling with their mental health, or quietly losing hope, a simple “How are you, really?” can open the door to support. Today, let’s put our faith into action. Pray for someone. Check in. Remind them they matter. Because caring can save a life. ❤️

On this World Mental Health Day, remember that you don’t have to face today’s burdens alone. 💚 God’s presence in the valley doesn’t mean we won’t struggle. You can love Jesus, have faith, and still need a counselor, treatment, or someone to sit beside you and listen. Asking for help is an act of courage. If this morning feels heavy, take one small step toward support. Your pain deserves compassion. You are not a burden, and your story isn’t over. And if you’re able, check on someone today. Ask how they’re really doing. Listen with patience. Remind them that the world is better with them in it. May we be part of the way God’s love reaches someone who needs hope today.
