OLA will release the program evaluation report, Minnesota Board of Public Defense, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The report will be presented to the Legislative Audit Commission at 2:00 p.m. in State Capitol G23 and livestreamed on youtube.com/channel/UCfJyhBZ….

OLA has released the program evaluation, Assisted Living Facility Licensing (auditor.leg.state.mn.us/ped/…). We found that MDH has performed some of its responsibilities well, but it should make improvements related to inspections, transparency, and coordinating with other agencies.
