The most underrated edge in life isn’t talent, intelligence or speed.
It’s calm.
Calm is what separates gamblers from killers, boys from men, noise from power.
Here’s why mastering your calm will change your trading, your relationships and your entire life 👇
TRADING:
Most traders blow up not because they’re stupid
but because they’re restless.
They overtrade.
They chase green candles.
They panic on every dip.
A calm trader:
•waits for his levels
•lets price come to him
•adds size only when structure + volume align
Calm traders don’t pray.
They prepare.
WOMEN:
With women, it’s the same.
Nervous men talk too much, try too hard, chase validation.
Calm men:
•listen more than they speak
•don’t rush to impress
•don’t react to every mood swing
A calm man makes her feel like she just had two glasses of wine:
relaxed, safe, a little high.
That’s not game.
That’s nervous system control.
BUSINESS & MONEY:
In business and money:
Most people move fast because they’re afraid.
They say yes to everything.
They chase every opportunity.
A calm operator:
•says “no” more than “yes”
•thinks in years, not days
•doesn’t flinch when numbers fluctuate
Money sticks to people who don’t panic.
NERVOUS SYSTEM = REAL POWER:
Calm is not a quote.
Calm is a physiological state.
Slow breathing.
Relaxed body.
Clear thoughts.
You can’t fake it.
Women feel it.
Markets expose it.
Life tests it.
If your nervous system is shaky, your decisions will be too.
WHEN YOU STOP CHASING:
When you stop chasing:
•charts start making sense
•people start respecting you
•women start investing in you
•opportunities start coming to you
Not because of magic.
But because you finally look like someone who can actually hold what he’s asking for.
THE REAL WORK:
Forget “always grinding”.
Real work is:
•mastering your reactions
•staying calm in drawdowns
•staying calm in arguments
•staying calm when life hits you in the face
Your edge is not more effort.
Your edge is better state
FINAL LINE:
Master your nervous system,
and you’ll:
•trade better
•love smarter
•earn bigger
•live quieter inside
The calm one doesn’t just survive volatility.
He profits from it.
two months left in q4 and you probably feel like you did nothing this year.
your yearly goals aren't even close and you know why. you were too fucking lazy when you should have been grinding 24/7.
and if you're actually happy with how this year went (i doubt it), doesn't matter. lock your door, get blackout curtains and get fully into the trenches. no hesitation.
volatility comes back harder than you expect. be ready when it does.
the urge to make generational wealth should be so enormous in your head that you can't stand yourself and how your year went.
two months. use cheat codes if necessary. but win.

The reason why you struggling in trading is because:
you hold too long
you hold too short
your stop loss is too wide
your stop loss is not wide enough
you buy too much
you buy too little
you choose the wrong coins
you buy the top
you sell the bottom
yeah, trading is hard
know a guy for everything. keep the numbers that matter in your head, not your phone. spend real parts of your life offline.
your family gets a codeword. any call or message asking you to move money, sign something or send a code, you hang up and call back yourself.
every account its own password, long strings of random words, all of it in an encrypted vault. two banks minimum. some cash at home, some gold. a second passport if you can get one. bitcoin on a cold wallet, seed written on paper, two copies in two different places
The altcoin market is lacklustre and devoid of buyers. Apart from the odd scam move here and there, I see little interest and messy price action, with no real direction.
To see a clearer trend emerge, retail investors need to return to cryptocurrencies. Without new demand, the direction will continue to be weak and unclear.

I want to see a reclaim of $0.1366–$0.14 and that area holding as support. Until then another move lower wouldn’t surprise me.
My long-term target remains $3–$5. That’s my conviction.
If we go lower I’ll welcome the opportunity to gradually add more spot.
There’s no need to rush or go all in at once. Keep cash available and give the market time to build its structure.
Let the market do its thing. Patience creates greatness. 🙏🏾
HAVE A GREAT DAY ☀️

crypto tops first, stocks top later.
2017: btc topped in december, stocks put in their final high in sept 2018 and dumped into christmas.
2021: btc topped in november, s&p topped jan 2022. months of lag, sometimes close to a year.
this cycle: btc topped oct 2025, drew down 50% into april, and stocks kept making new highs the whole time. a full year later they're only now cracking. crypto did an entire bear market by itself while stocks never had one
the uncomfy part…
every other cycle, the stock top kicked off crypto's worst leg. q4 2018 btc went 6k to 3k while the s&p dropped 20%. h1 2022 btc went 47k to 17k while the s&p dropped 20ish%. higher beta on the way down too
my bet is “this time is different”
that crypto “new lows” leg already happened. stocks do their correction now while we base.
if i'm right it might look something like this. stocks 10, 20% down over a few months instead of a one week while crypto chops and grinds, holds up better, maybe another leg up late q1 or q2 once stocks find a floor. ‘27 better than ‘26 is a low bar, ‘26 was terrible
binance hack, tech selloff, midterm nerves, crypto ate all of it and barely moved. i know the bybit and ftx playbook, strength for a week then the delayed dump. possible. so far it's holding tho.
I’m holding/buying spot rn cuz the potential upside in case I’m wrong and we mark up sooner is much much higher than trying to grab 20% more coins on a “maybe we dump” scenario. no new lows anyways is my base case so might as well ride.
most of this is waiting around. gonna be a lot of that coming up.

$75k is the key area I’m watching.
If it holds or we sweep below and reclaim we could see a strong relief rally. Altcoins could benefit from that too.
If $75k breaks and we fail to reclaim it then $65–67k could come faster than many expect.
That’s not my base case for now. But I’m keeping both scenarios open and waiting for confirmation.

A reminder to stay patient. Being bullish long term doesn’t mean expecting every dip to be the bottom.
As I’ve mentioned before $0.10 remains the key area I’m watching. My preferred scenario is a test or sweep of that zone followed by a convincing reclaim.
That could flush out late leveraged longs and create a stronger foundation for a recovery. It’s a scenario I’m preparing for rather than something price has to do.
I still believe in the upside. I just don’t want to rush the timing.
Keep your expectations flexible and let price confirm. 🙏🏾
$USELESS
same view I’ve shared throughout this sideways phase.
I need a daily close above $0.18 followed by a hold of that level to confirm a potential trend shift.
Until then $0.10 remains a real downside scenario.
If we get there and my thesis remains intact I’d see it as a prime opportunity to significantly add to my spot position.
No rush
A bottom is a process Not just a candle.
I think this is something worth understanding if you’re constantly waiting for the next rally.
Many people imagine a bottom like this:
One massive wick down. Buy orders get filled. Price immediately goes up and never looks back.
Sometimes recoveries are fast. But often the market spends weeks or months building a base through chop, failed breakouts and repeated tests of support.
Look at the historical examples.
$USELESS
The August 13 low in 2026 was around $0.0337. By September 23 the recorded daily price reached approximately $0.3458.
That’s roughly 10.3x over 41 days.
The recovery developed over several weeks. It wasn’t one candle straight from the bottom to the top.
$PEPE
PEPE printed its post-listing 2023 low around $0.00000060 on September 17.
The explosive late-February 2024 rally came more than five months later. Along the way there were rebounds and another major pullback in January.
February and March 2024 then returned roughly +198% and +221% respectively. Compounded that’s around 9.6x across those two months.
Months of uncertainty before the move everyone remembers.
$BTC
Bitcoin bottomed around $3,100–$3,200 in December 2018.
The decisive breakout above the roughly $4,200 range ceiling came on April 2, 2019.
About 108 days after the December low.
More than three months between the lowest price and that major breakout.
After the November 2022 low Bitcoin also spent much of the following weeks around $16k–$17k before the January 2023 rally gathered momentum.
The lesson isn’t that every coin will repeat these moves.
It’s that the lowest price and a confirmed reversal are two different things.
While a base is forming it can look boring Unconvincing And you usually only know where the final bottom was in hindsight.
We could spend the rest of the year chopping around before a clearer trend emerges. Another sweep is also possible. Neither scenario needs to become an emotional deadline.
For $USELESS the area around $0.10 remains important in my plan. If we test it I want to see the reaction: a reclaim, improving structure and buyers actually following through.
Touching a level alone isn’t confirmation.
Stay patient Keep cash available. Avoid forcing leverage while the structure remains unclear.
You don’t need the exact bottom. You need a plan you can follow while the market takes its time.
Patience creates greatness. 🙏🏾
