Hi everyone, I’ve not posted for ages just been busy sorting stuff since my mum died. Yikes, how do you clear a family home with forty years of stuff? Anyway just wanted to say I’m doing ok and although I’m not posting much I’m reading lots!! Love to see what you’re all up to. ❤️

So prepping for my journey to FoD tomorrow. Took bike down off rack, I know I’ve not ridden in a while but crikey, the state it was in! I must’ve put it up wet or something (can’t remember) but it’s hanging in a room in the house, so you’d think it would dry out ok?

Umm apparently not, brake pads so disgusting and had caused rust on the discs, horrible white crystals on loads of parts of the bike, like spokes, hubs, brake levers. So I’ve taken the wheels off, cleaned them, new brake pads, checked inner tubes, reassembled. Phew, nap time? 😂
