UPDATE: The Navajo Nation has filed a lawsuit against Apache County, requesting an extension of voting hours. Polls close at 7 They're citing incidents like voters being denied rights to vote due to machine issues, lack of printed/provisional ballots, long lines, ID denials, etc

Tonight's release from Maricopa included 12,023 in-person EDay ballots from Box 3. Hobbs lost them by 27.5 points. It also included 62,875 early ballots, mostly from Election Day drop-offs. Hobbs won these by 14.8

Arizona is full speed ahead on tackling the climate crisis. The Inflation Reduction Act will bring 4.1 billion of investments in clean power to Arizona between now and 2030. There’s 4.5 billion for drought preparedness coming from Democrats. All of this means jobs! A 2020 report found that even modest federal clean energy investments could generate 16,500 jobs in AZ per year over a five year period.
