Incredible, how much education you have to dish out here why nothing will change until the Glazers fuck off. You could have Pep Guardiola take the job tomorrow and he’d end up contemplating suicide. It’s over, the club is finished until they’re gone.

Did the Old Trafford front office not recognise the endless amount of chants calling for the owners to “Sell United and fuck off home”?
🚨 NEW: Sources told ESPN it did not go unnoticed by the United front office that Carrick received significant support from United fans during and after the defeat to Bournemouth - with most of the frustration directed at the players. Carrick remains under severe pressure after a run of eight games without a win. [@MarkOgden_, @RobDawsonESPN]

“The best ones won’t come” - because we’re in a fucking mess - no idiot is buying the narrative anymore. They know this ownership is at the end road. Buckle in for the ride. Relegation is a real possibility and it could be the right thing for the greater good.
#mufc's decision-makers are not fully sold on available coaches like Antonio Conte, Eddie Howe and Julian Nagelsmann. A well-placed source said, “The best ones won’t come.” [@samuelluckhurst]

I guess a job is a job but imagine standing outside in this weather for two days waiting for someone to be sacked from an impossible job. You can go home now pal 😮‍💨 ☔️
BREAKING: Michael Carrick will remain in charge of Manchester United for the club's trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday 🚨

GAFFER ❤️ Chelsea - we go again 🇾🇪 What will be will be. No new manager fixes not having a striker, fixes not having a LB, fixes having senior players upset at the hierarchy. It is what it is.
🚨🚨💣 MAJOR BREAKING!! Michael Carrick will be given the chance to turn the situation at Manchester United AROUND. He STAYS in his job. #MUFC [@StevenRailston]

Media scrambling round printing all sorts of excuses why Michael Carrick is still the gaffer. After voultering around Carrington all day yesterday they haven’t got the big story they’re desperate for. Stick by the man. We’ve got bigger problems than the manager.

The Glazers refused £90m Harry Kane in 2023 due to the cost involved. Since then we’ve singed: - Hojlund (£64m plus £8m) - Sold at a loss for £40m - Zirzkee (£35m) - will be sold at a loss - Šeško (£74m) - Injured for 4 months Buy cheap, buy many times.
HARRY KANE DESERVED THIS.

Nothing changes until the Glazers go, it’s that simple. Ratcliffe aimed low not high targetting loyal fans and until the ownership changes, nothing changes. It all seeps down and then you get a riddled dressing room. To borrow a title, The Betrayal of a Legend.

FC Lausanne (bottom of Swiss League) up for sale for £30m. Nice (10th in Ligue 1) up for sale for £200m. Manchester Utd (16th in the Premier League) with fans calling for a full sale. When is this old dust farting billionaire going to realise he is useless at football clubs?

Here comes the finger pointing exercise. Was so inevitable it would come to this and they’d fall out over the running of Manchester United eventually - could get messier. FWIW I actually believe the Glazers here.
🚨 NEW: Sources say that the handling of Manchester United’s job cuts by Sir Jim Ratcliffe did NOT sit well with the Glazers, particularly Joel and Avram. One source says that Ratcliffe’s implementation of the program jarred with Joel’s “sense of decency and old-fashioned values”. #MUFC [@MarkOgden_]

The selection of manager wasn’t the biggest problem this summer. It was not meeting the expectations of leaders in the dressing room. Particularly Bruno, who turned down multi millions from Saudi on the promise that Utd would build to challenge for the title. Those promises…
We’ve got people selecting the next manager after previously getting all the last 3 appointments wrong. When will they be held accountable for their actions?

were made by Wilcox and they were broken. Wilcox TBF was given a strict budget to adhere to and despite trying to work with Ratcliffe & Glazers he was told no. Bruno’s been unhappy all season and when a manager loses his best player’s mindset then he’s in big trouble.

One bad result led to another. Misalignment from the ownership down to the dressing room created a divide centred around Bruno that isn’t recoverable. Add to that the injuries and problems amount with no solutions. The root of the problem is GLAZER & RATCLIFFE. They must go.

Morning @B_Fernandes8 Genuinely big thanks for everything you’ve given us over the last 7 years but come January 1st you can fuck off too. At least Martinez has the bollocks to call out the real problems. You’re now acting like a selfish petulant child. Enjoy Saudi. 👍

🚨 Just now on @BBCMOTD “BBC Sport understands tonight that the owners of the club are in discussion about Carrick’s future” Disgraceful, Glazers & Ratcliffe formalising sacking Carrick tonight. They should be formalising putting the club up for sale, absolutely shameless! 🚮

“You can’t really contemplate acquiring a brand like Manchester United and failing, because the failure is far too public and excruciating.” Three years later, and it’s exactly that - public and excruciating. What do you have to say, Jim? Care to explain yourself?

“If you look at the last 11 years, Man Utd has had quite a few coaches…so that would say to me that there’s something wrong with the environment…” Utd co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe speaking to me in Feb 2024 shortly after investing in the club ⬇️

What is best for Man Utd (after they’ve given you marching orders) is for you @carras16 to come out and give the fans a full account of why they set you up for failure and the underlying rot that sets every manager up for failure by this disease of an ownership that must sell.
🚨🚨 When asked about if he’ll have conversations with the board about decisions: Carrick: “I’ll always do what’s best for Manchester United.” [@SkySportsPL]
