recent dashboard design for an ai developer tool 🤓

i know a lot of people who need to hear this it's okay to have more following then followers. gets you connected faster then having an ego that nobody cares about

i'm not quite on the level of @frisohakkers & @jesse_vermeulen but i encourage all designers to start step maxxing. want to hit 10k per day by next year because the creative muscle ain't working if the blood ain't flowing 💪

the thing i fix most on founder landing pages: the hero explains how the product works instead of what the customer gets. your hero has one job. say the outcome in under 10 words, then show the product doing it.

believe it or not these covers have been a game changer for the studio. it gives you that feel good feeling, the feeling when you unbox a high quality product knowing that it's being taken care of in the highest of quality 👏

we let the brain speak when we are in the concept stage. any idea that comes to mind we are designing it in the figma file in high fidelity. I need the client and MYSELF to see all angles before we come to a decision, even if that means tiny iterations of one concept

how the use of LLM's have positively changed the workflow my studio: -scraping profiles of ICP -timed automated outreach messages on all socials -contract scraping/creating -setting up figma files before design -creating invoice/receipt pdf's -etc. I LOVE THE 21ST CENTURY

scope creep fix from 6 years of client work: stick to the revisions in your contract. if a deliverable runs over, give one final round, then bill. disagree with a change? say so and explain why. you're the expert. clients won't fire you for it.
