Iām delighted to share a new photocatalyst-based proximity labeling (Multi-map) that identifies protein interactions across multiple proximity labeling probes spearheaded by @Zhi_Lindsey_Lin and wells lab team including @k_r_schaefer and @QBI_UCSF collaborators.
Super excited to share my first postdoc preprint with @realJimWells ! In this manuscript, we introduce MultiMap, an interactome profiling method with adjustable resolution that enables short, intermediate and long range labeling from a readily available photocatalyst.
