so here are 3 tips on how not to suck at go-to-market
-> validate your value prop and messaging before you build anything. ask claude to give you "demand validation ideas that cost no money" and thank me later
-> don't ship the internal codename for your product or feature. really. don't do it. nobody outside your Slack knows what youre talking about
-> land one sentence about your product that everyone can repeat. over and over. that's the only thing you market for the first 6 months (or much longer)
if you can do these three things
then you'll without a doubt deliver 10x better product or feature launches
