A new week, a new project.
We are in Warrington to start making two farmhouses into one, doing a complete refurb & building a large extension on the back of the property.
Week 1 -
• Rip out all fixtures and fittings.
• Knock down conservatory.
• Knock down small extension
JOB COMPLETE!
Last week we completed the roofing job in Bury.

As well as doing the pointing on our job in #Bury town centre our bricklaying team have started to clean all the stonework

The bricklaying team consisting of @Wiggy84 and his apprentice Kendal working away on an extension up in Helmshore getting it up to DPC (Damp Proof Course) level.
Update on the old union club in Bury on the Rock, we’ve replaced all the rotten floor joists, new flooring through out, steels installed on top floor for mezzanine, fire boarded ceilings, stud and track with insulation between, first fix electrics & plumbing and sound board fixed
This week the bricklaying team start a new job. Firstly it is to drop this conservatory as the customer has been able to sell the pvc structure and all the glass to someone else. We’ll get this all down so it’s all ready to go in the new year. #notabadview #helmshore
