Fact: Kenya elections are determined and won based on how 5 big tribes namely Kikuyu,Luhyia, Kamba,Kalenjin and Luo align and vote. Issues like gender, youth etc have never determined the election outcome. Would be a big win if they do this year's election.Politics is very local

You won’t understand anxiety until you have to juggle 10 things at once … food burning, a kid in the bathroom needing your help, an important phone call coming in, a neighbor knocking on your door, and a journal article being written in your mind ….😊
Life is characterized by continuous beginnings. We’ll find ourselves in the final stage of something before we’re soon at the beginning of another stage. These beginnings can be filled with uncertainty. But always remember, they’re a necessary start at a higher level. Embrace it!
When you face challenges in life, when you’re going through a difficult situation, which of these do you do?
Do you show yourself the same compassion you would a good friend?
Or do you berate yourself and beat yourself up?
Be kind to yourself when you need it most!

Using a profile pic that largely summarizes who you are works to offer a comprehensive representation.
