Volunteer after volunteer stopped by the mosque with pillows & blankets. They ordered and personally delivered dinner for our entire bus. This morning, we woke up to fresh @dunkindonuts and @panerabread. Thank you to the amazing Muslim community from @MakeSpace1 for generosity.
Last night after the @womensmarch, our Chicago bus was grounded with worsening weather and road conditions. What could've been a logistical nightmare became a beautiful experience with a mosque @MakeSpace1 in VA opening their doors and hearts to welcome 40 women and children. 1/
