Imoni is a hot pot dish eaten in autumn in Yamagata, made with taro, beef, green onions, and other ingredients.
It was my first time making it, and it was delicious! I’m so full and satisfied! 😊

It's a Japanese dish made with bonito sashimi that's lightly seared on the outside. Bonito is in season right now, and I felt like eating some, so I bought some! 🐟🐟
