Parental alienation is real, once u r trapped with an evil (ex)spouse no court can help on ground.
Greater Noida Family court clearly allowed an hour of video call for the Father with his minor autistic daughter. But, Mother choose to show the walls and roofs instead of complying with the court order. God knows why these estranged wives play such tactics instead of complying with the court order.

For too long, the law has failed to adequately protect innocent men, husbands, and fathers from the devastating consequences of knowingly fabricated allegations of rape and sexual assault.
One false accusation can destroy a man’s reputation, career, marriage, financial security, and relationship with his children.
The Protect Men Act would establish:
• Class A Felony: 20 years to life in federal prison for knowingly and intentionally fabricating allegations of rape or sexual assault.
• Civil Accountability: Full restitution, compensatory and punitive damages, and asset forfeiture where legally authorized.
• Statutes of Limitations: Enforceable deadlines for bringing criminal charges, with no prosecution permitted after the applicable limitations period expires.
• Due Process: Full protection of the presumption of innocence, the right to confront adverse witnesses, and the requirement that guilt be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Good-faith complaints remain protected. Knowingly false accusations do not.
A man’s name is his reputation. His labor provides for his family. His liberty belongs to him. None should be taken without due process of law.
Protect fathers. Protect husbands. Protect families. Protect innocent men.

Apart from DA and other allowances, Govt employees also get pension. Govt employees are really the privileged class as compared to unorganised sector, corporate sector etc. Govt servants should come in contract basis.
Then only they will be accountable.
They take recruitment in High Court, district court. Then go to secretariat. Then type 3 pages in a day. If govt employees were sincere the litigation would come down in this country. Pensions are being received by families after death of govt servant. Where is the accountability of govt servants?: Supreme Court in Punjab DA case
