Enzo 💬 (On Rayan Cherki's desire to be on the ball) This is something that he needs to keep. He loves the ball, he wants the ball. This is something that I am not going to remove from his skills at all.
But also we need to find the right balance. When we are able to contact with him in the right positions, we create chances. When he is in the right position inside the box he creates chances or scores goals.
That is why we are lucky that he is with us and hopefully he can score more goals and more assists for us.
Enzo 💬 (On the players' desire to win) The good thing about the players is that they want to learn, they want to improve and they want to win games. This is the best feeling.
I can see working with them day by day that we are improving. They are understanding in the way we want to play when we have the ball, when we don't have the ball.
It's less than four months, that's why I'm sure we can improve game after game, day after day.
Enzo 💬 (On the mood in the dressing room) The mood is very good. We are happy with our start but we are still hungry for more wins.
We are happy at the moment but we want more.
Enzo 💬 (Injury update) Erling [Haaland] is the only one 100% available. The other three [Matheus Nunes, Nico O'Reilly & Mateo Kovačić] we will have to wait for today's session.
