Every time I see a college or high school friend post a photo with their kids I think about writing my vasectomy surgeon a thank you letter.

I have returned only to say that I am now a Technical Designer at Final Strike Games. 😁

A bunch of us over at Free Range Games just lost their jobs, myself included. So, once again, my friends, I am in pursuit of gainful employment as a Games/Systems/Technical Designer. Hit me up if you wanna talk.

As a game designer, I am personally offended by spell check's insistence that "tutorialization" is not a word.

Musk bitches and whines about cEnSoRsHiP but gets butthurt if someone says cisgender.

I've never heard game designers talk of our version of the "establishing shot". We certainly use the hell out of the cinematic establishing shot, especially in "cinematic" games. But what about the establishing verb? Establishing choice?

You all have actually done it. I actually *hate* you now. People I love and care about are going to be irrevocably hurt and possibly even die because of you.

FFXIV Healing is under-developed and DPSing as a Healer is the single most boring thing that a Healer can do. If you're going to force healers to dps, then give them interesting dps actions and tie dps and healing together.

Unpopular opinion: Having to DPS as a Healer is annoying and boring and doesn't inspire me to want to heal.
