That is the name printed FOUR TIMES on this restoration-of-rights certificate bearing Governor Spanberger’s and Secretary Candi Mundon King’s signatures.
The certificate says the Executive completed a review of “the particulars of the individual’s case.”
There are possible criminal implications here. This is not restoring a dead persons right to vote. This is restoring a non existent persons right to vote. Va. Code § 18.2-472 criminalizes a public officer’s fraudulent false entry in an official record in that officer’s custody. Creating a false restoration record triggers this statute. And get this … a conviction removes the office holder from office and bars them from holding future office….

In the EDVA the prosecutors show some of their hand in an initial indictment. This gets the attention of the defendants.
They then give the Defendant the option to plead guilty to some part of the indictment with an option to flip others for the option of a sentencing reduction. Many times defendants plead guilty to mandatory life just for the option of cooperation so they may someday get out of prison.
Almost everyone pleads guilty at this stage.
However / some who suffer from delusional thoughts and overwhelming narcissism think this is a game. So they say F@ck the FBI.
For those special souls - the US Attorney will then lean into adding additional charges through superseding indictment- such as Continuing criminal enterprise—21 U.S.C. § 848. This has a 20 year mandatory minimum. This may not mean much to Senator Lucas who is 82 and already charged with mandatory minimum crimes that she will almost certainly die in prison for as currently charged - but it will matter to her daughter and grandson who have a lot more life left.
You will watch the Feds crush the Lucas enterprise. Each one will cave - and all you can hope for is Senator Lucas continues to give the proverbial middle finger to the government. The more she thinks this is a game - the more she will get crushed.
