new feature observed on hl testnet: stars
afaict stars let deloyers make a hip-3 dex address-allowlisted for trading. testnet allowlist size currently is max 10k addresses. non-allowlisted addresses can still submit reduce-only orders / fund accounts.
see ktob ("BTC Star DEX")

can think of a few reasons why this might be useful, but will refrain from speculation for the time being.

Hyperliquid's open interest has reached a new all-time high of $11.14B, its highest level in 276 days.
The milestone was largely driven by HIP-3 markets, which now account for $3.69B in open interest.

This is the most bearish chart in crypto, showing a massive ongoing rotation. The blue line going vertical shows capital fleeing native crypto assets to bet on stocks on Hyperliquid etc instead. The tan crypto line is struggling because there's no new capital.

We welcome today’s CFTC actions: approval of the first U.S.-listed perpetual derivatives contract, an accompanying Commission policy statement on the listing of perpetual derivatives, related interpretive guidance and no-action relief from the Market Participants Division, and a Staff Advisory on 24/7 Trading, Clearing, and Settlement, as a long-overdue acknowledgment that perpetual derivatives are a legitimate and essential tool for price discovery and risk management.
For too long, regulatory ambiguity drove these markets offshore, depriving American traders and institutions of access to regulated venues and undermining U.S. competitiveness in the global derivatives markets.
Today’s actions chart a new path forward. We look forward to engaging closely with the Commission to ensure that the framework it develops is workable not only for centralized intermediaries, but for the onchain protocols where the most significant perpetuals activity actually occurs.

Everyone is asking what $HYPE does next.
I can tell you the market is pricing real action around April 29 and 30, concentrated at 40, 45, and 50.
Am I guessing? Reading tea leaves? Neither. I am reading dealer positioning. Let me show you the four charts that built this view.

For years, getting a clear view on ETFs, buybacks, and Hyperliquid data meant jumping between countless sources.
So I built HypurrIntel.xyz
A single dashboard where you can:
• Compare historical buybacks (HYPE, PUMP, AAVE, LIT)
• Explore full ETF history for BTC, ETH, SOL at a glance
• Track DATs such as Strategy
• HIP-3 analytics, both global and per deployer
• Per-market HIP-3 analytics
• Real-time TWAP tracking
• Unit and TradeXYZ revenue analytics
• Hyperliquid team wallets and behavioral insights
• HyperEVM protocol tracking
I’m incredibly happy to have built this.
Feedback is more than welcome, drop your thoughts in the comments so I can keep improving HypurrIntel 👇

One thing I like to do with lowcaps is watch the unlocked liquidity pools, this has become a more common way for big holders to sell large positions silently, and if you watch the size and ratio of these pools it can lead to alpha
For instance, if you were watching the largest meteora housecoin pool, you could've predicted this breakout since there is less than $300K of housecoin left in it, this was double yesterday, the ratio is wildly skewed towards the buyside
In fact, there is almost $1M of SOL ready to gobble up sell pressure. It's not possible to tell what ranges these coins will get traded at by just looking at the pairing contract, so don't read too much into it from from this perspective, but it's a nice additional data point to have while you're trading
You can dig deeper and look at the ranges these coins are sitting in if you want the full picture
(This is not an endorsement of any coin or financial advice, I'm just sharing stuff I find interesting)

I Want to get out the way all the "Entry, target, ticker pls" people before I start posting the article series about the macro currents shifting under us.
So here you go-
tldr; March 2020. We are in the middle of a margin flush, that will require intervention. get remaining bullets ready but don't need to deploy until we get intervention.
Bitcoin will be fastest horse once the race really starts
Gold will be slow and steady,
Stocks choppy but it will have strong bounces if can time them.
Bonds will rip hard if we get an intervention but otherwise are still a broken asset class.
Cash is king right now but will be trash again after printing presses get hot.
================
The closest analogy here is March 2020 when the market suddenly all at once realized Covid was forreal after weeks of ignoring it.
We get the liquidity squeeze first as margin calls break down everywhere and panic spreads and people move to cash.
This has been a rolling squeeze instead of a one-day one, and is currently at the stage of hitting the long end treasury market. This means we are near the point of aggressive intervention by Central Banks around the world.
There is no fucking around with long end bonds- reminder of when a single day of 30-year gilts brought down the UK government as effortlessly as a Federer forehand.
What form of easing this takes is unclear. Rates decreases are generally ineffective here, I think some form of QE in the bonds, and Trump will try to push tax cuts as a two-punch. In Asia I expect direct equity support and more money printing.
Exact form of easing matters less than the fact that we will end up back in money printing. The one thing that matters is timing, and its very hard to time:
There are two approaches one can take- buy early to make sure not to miss the entry and wait out, or wait for the flush to play out.
If you have a weak heart for seeing red PNL then just wait until they step in. You will miss the initial V-reaction but can ride the remaining move up.
Personally im doing half and half.
OK now that this is out of the way, we can focus on examining whats happening next..

I normally stick to posting tits & butts, but I have a million DMs asking me if fartcoin is dead & asking for more knocker pics. I prefer to analyze charts with the female body but many people on this app have never touched a woman so they need TA to understand my language.
I've been in fartcoin since day 1 & I've held my full stack through numerous 70% drawdowns. Every single time countless accounts who have never mentioned fartcoin come out of the woodworks to say "it's dead" because they missed it & they realize the amount of interactions mentioning fartcoin will get them. Let them, it increases mindshare.
We're currently sitting at $1.24 & we're close to the generational bottom. We either range a bit lower to $1.10ish & tap the range on the 1D like we have during previous drawdowns or we bounce right now at the bottom of the range on the 4H chart. Once the bottom is in, we go to minimum $5.
I can guarantee there are people selling who are going to try & time the bottom to squeeze a little extra out of the next run. Do your thing, but with nearly 100k holders, tier 1 listings looming & constant mainstream media mentions, fartcoin can pop at any moment & those people will be left buying back higher.
Fartcoin is the coin of this cycle & you can't convince me otherwise. The speed with which we bounce off the bottom will convince everyone of the same.
Never fade Bum Farto. Fartcoin to $10.
