Replying to @Simply_Railway
@Simply_Railway can you help me with this maybe? I work for a train travel agency and I introduced our new Occitanie holiday last month, using the Rail Tour Pass. As far as I know, the pass is valid on all liO TER trains, also if the destination is outside of Occitanie.. 1/
Have a good trip to Prague 😁 @EuropeanSlpr – at Sloterdijk, Amsterdam

The progress China has made in renewable energy just THIS YEAR makes the entire rest of the world look like it's standing still.
I wrote in December that to call China the "world leader in renewable energy" was a colossal understatement.
That’s even more true today.

The fact that you have to park it like this says enough. These death machines are not made for city streets.
Can one be useful for a farmer? Sure, in certain situations. In any other situation, these machines are dangerous, (especially for kids) polluting and very impractical.
The Dutch-Belgian startup European Sleeper started operating their first night train Thursday. The ride three times a week between Brussels and Berlin, via Antwerp, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and some more stops. This train is useful from the Netherlands, but especially from Belgium.
But also for Brits and people in Northern France, this service is a great alternative to flying. The idea is that from the end of this year or possibly from spring next year, the service will be extended to Dresden and Prague. – at Huizen, Nederland
European Sleeper plans other routes in the future as well. From Amsterdam via Brussels to Southern France (possibly Avignon, Nîmes, Montpellier, Narbonne, Perpignan) and, ideally, further to Barcelona, will be their next project. Hopefully this map grows further the coming years! – at Huizen, Nederland
Montpellier is a vibrant city with a stunning medieval centre. This centre is almost completely car-free and is surrounded by a ring of tram tracks, where 4 tram lines intersect. In front of the central train station, Gare de Montpellier Saint-Roch, the lines all come together. – at Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Besides the tram extensions, I noticed many other projects in the city. All where aimed at making the city more walkable/bikeable, by widening sidewalks or transforming car lanes to bike lanes, which will become permanent at some point I suppose. Cannot do it all in once! – at Haarlemmermeer, Nederland
