My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
We're ready.

It was a big step restoring safe and fair sport for welsh women & girls by @HockeyWales
@FAWales and @NetballWales are two of the sports still ignoring the lead of their Scottish and English counterparts
Also @BadmintonWales @WelshWeightlift @walesTT @BasketballWales
Breaking!
@HockeyWales has followed @EnglandHockey and protected the female category. There will be two categories; Female from birth and Open
Mixed hockey must have a minimum of 5 female players on the outfield

In my mind, anyone who does this in a World Cup semi final in soaking wet weather against a team like South Africa in a clutch moment has at least 2 years credit in the bank to play whatever eligible game they want to

The comments about Owen Farrell are ludicrous. 12 is a problem position - it’s clearly not a like for like replacement
Owen Farrell is a test match animal & brings so much experience. ‘Devaluing the brand’ when the team is full of Southern hemisphere players is a load of shit.

I am truly lost for words. Until yesterday, I never thought there would be something that would frighten me of going back to Liverpool after the break. Team mates come and go but not like this. It’s going to be extremely difficult to accept that Diogo won’t be there when we go back. My thoughts are with his wife, his children, and of course his parents who suddenly lost their children. Those close to Diogo and his brother Andre need all the support they can get. They will never be forgotten.

There is a softness. A niceness. A smiley feel to the Lions. Which is nice.
Bring in a fighter. Bring in a warrior. Bring in a Farrell. All for it. It’s business now.

HYPED. The man is a Lions legend at this point. He’s been out of action with Racing for a while but there’s nobody I trust to turn it on for test rugby like Owen Farrell.
Was he the obvious selection to me? Maybe not. Am I his dad? Definitely not. Do I love this pick? Absolutely
All set for his fourth Lions Tour, Owen Farrell will join the squad in Sydney! 🦁
