Hi .@FlyingBrussels, I have just boarded my flight from Venice to Brussels (6.55). I would like to file a serious complaint towards one of your employees working at the gate. We were verbally harassed despite being in line with all rules (we are frequent customers)
The other colleague (male) kindly intervened and let us go. The lady (brown hair, southern Italian accent, tall) used inappropriate tone and very bossy treatment. I urge you to contact me as I would like to file a serious complaint & scale up. #brusselsairlines @brusselsairlines
