Patient with port (not by IR). 3 years later, port is not functioning. Found to be fractured and migrated to right atrium. Snared and removed without issue. Whew! Pinch off syndrome can happen with subclavian ports. Nice save @MarkEdelsteinIR @jsmesh11 @TempleRadRes @SIRRFS #IRAD

The NFL has to cancel this game. Please. Every player on that field is now a cosurvivor of a horrifying medical trauma. They need to be with loved ones, not playing football.

Patient w/ GI bleed and GDA pseudoaneurysm. Why must the arteries be so tortuous/torturous? After much persistence, PSA sac coiled along w/ "front door." (Unable to get distal). Nice case @MarkEdelsteinIR Dr. Niman! Great read @k_maruti Dr. Danial! @TempleRadRes @SIR_ECS @SIRRFS

Patient with lung cancer and pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm. After selective catheterization, initial coil embolization was inadequate. Flow shut down after dropping an MVP (can you find it?). Nice case Dr. Mark Edelstein @SLee106 @TempleRadRes @TemplePCCM @SIR_ECS @SIRRFS

Patient hit by dirt bike. Splenic injury with pseudoaneurysm. Splenic artery looks like a uterine artery. After much sweat, few tears, PSA selectively embolized with coils and resolved. Nice work @SLee106 @theIRbryan @TempleRadRes @SIR_ECS @SIRRFS #irad xitter.cf/TempleRADs/status/1567…
